If the Inuit do have a link with Denisovans, could this be indirect proof that the Australo-Melanesian DNA found in Aleutian islanders are due to the Denisovan admixture perhaps via Inuits or are there two separate migrations of Denisovan DNA admixed people?

Last year there was an article about Australo-Melanesians having DNA admixture of an unknown hominid which is thought to be similar to the Denisovan DNA yet different.
With the finding of the sunken Continent now called Zealandia off the eastcoast of Australia makes one wonder.
Did the Denisovans originate in mainland Asia and spread eastward into the American continent and southeastward into Island Southeast Asia and Oceania or is Zealandia the original homeland of the ancestors of what would become the Denisovans?

Yet again, Very interesting post.

UrisahatuAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
